Now that is just awesome. The founder of Planned Parenthood collaborated with anarchist friends in order to disseminate contraceptive information because “women should be the mistress of their own bodies”? I had no idea. That is just plain cool.


My teacher showed us this during a slideshow/lecture today in U.S. Women’s History today. It’s the first issue of Margaret Sanger’s newspaper. Thought of you when I saw the tagline.
